Upload a new bill validation report

Upload the HTML report, Excel workbook, and optionally the invoice ZIP for a customer. Metadata is auto-extracted from the HTML — leave the fields blank to use that.

Upload an occupancy report

Occupancy reports compare consumption between two dates and flag unoccupied-period usage. Upload the bundled HTML and set the period and unoccupied level.

Upload a contract

Each customer can have up to three contracts visible on their dashboard — one each for electricity, gas and water. Uploading a new contract for the same utility replaces the previous one.

Usage Data — ESOS / SECR backfill

Parses every bill validation HTML and populates the usage_data table for the Usage Report. Safe to re-run — re-uploads overwrite existing rows.
